The sheets were dirty and it stains on them and cigarette Burns
There were pest traps in the kitchen
The beds were extremely uncomfortable
And the air conditioning unit was so loud you couldn't sleep

In the details of the room was nothing to what it was. The pool was dirty. We could not use it the first day. I bought dresses with me. There was no closet or even a rack to hang them so the wrinkles would fall out. There was a kitchenette with no dishes or anything to cook with. Only 1 desk chair in the room. We had to sit on the bed to eat or watch TV. It said there was a tub shower combination, there was only a shower. This is not the room I thought I was paying for. Very disappointed. I will think twice before booking through ********** or the Surburban.

Was planning to stay 5 nights. Has to have been the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It is essentially attached to a Hooters. It was dirty, there were no amenities such as cups or coffee or even tissues in the rooms. The guest washer and dryers didn’t really work. Had to dry clothes twice spending $6 to do it and could only use cold water to wash my clothes. Pool area outside was disgusting with cigarette butts and just small bits of trash everywhere. No coffee or breakfast. What topped it off was when my husband saw a huge cockroach crawl from under my bed.

Property was clean and updated but my room must not have been rented for a while. It was so humid that the beds felt wet and the bathroom door was so swollen it wouldn’t even close!. It’s July, run the AC!

It was amazing place for rest, all clean and fast checking, the facilities are good, nice, the area for the swimming pool it was one of the best that I saw it.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was clean and there was coffee for us downstairs in the morning. Good place to stay!

THE PROPERTY WAS JUST OPENED AND THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE AND THE POOL WAS NOT IN USE. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN THOUGH.

While checking in I assisted a Spanish cleaning crew lady communicate her boss that there was a mouse in one of the rooms. Next morning, my wife went down to the lobby for breakfast. No breakfast but she spotted a cockroach crawling on the counter.
